To use it click the "Message Board" at the top of this
page.
Click "New User" at the top of the page.
Enter a login name and a display name. (These can be the same), then enter a
password
Click "do it"
You will be taken to a welcome page with some helpful info.
After your email has been verified, click "message board" at the top
of this page again and then click "login"
